Poster submission instructions
Once your abstract is accepted, you can add a poster and an (optional) video presentation.
Each submitted poster will be published online before and displayed on digital screens during the congress.
Technical specs of your PDF poster
- Poster must be submitted in PDF format
- One page, portrait
- Dimensions: 9:16 aspect ratio, with a height of minimum 135 cm (e.g. 76,2 cm x 135,5 cm)
- We advise you to create your poster using the Congress PowerPoint template, to assure high quality.
- If you create the poster in Photoshop or other design programmes, save with a resolution of min. 200 dpi.
- Permitted content: text, images and graphs. (hyperlinks and animations will not work)

Uploading your PDF poster
- Log in to abstracts.mirrorsmed.org
- Go to My posters section
- Click "Add a poster"
- Select your abstract
- Upload a PDF version of poster
- (Optional) Check option to allow viewers to contact you
- Save your poster
You will receive a notification email to confirm your poster submission.
You can now view and edit your poster until the congress' poster submission deadline.
NEW Add a video to your abstract (optional).
- Log in to abstracts.mirrorsmed.org
- Go to My posters section
- Edit the poster where you want to add a video
- Copy-paste the video URL(*)
- Save your poster
